It arrived within two days, and I haven't had to use it personally however my neighbors car did the same and I lent it to him he started first try. Since then we've had power problem outages and I've used the light and battery power to run my laptop and printer. throught the usb port. So far the best buy in the worst winter we've had since 1993.

I have had to send this unit back to Wagan twice. The first unit started to smoke when I tried to add 5 PSI to a tire up. The second units inverter never worked from the get go. I am now on my third unit and it experienced a "burning" smell when I was testing the inverter. I wish I could return this unit but it has been more than 30 days from when I bought the thing - I can only send the thing back to Wagan for exchange. Every time you send the unit to Wagan for warranty exchange they make the customer pay the freight and it takes over a month to get the replacement unit back. I have owned this unit for a little over 90 days, but due to having to exchange the thing twice I have only have the unit to use for 4 days. I am not satisfied at all!!!

I read a bunch of reviews before I purchased this product, And was very impressed! however I must have missed that ONE review that spoke about the compressor and the power check button. I used the compressor to inflate my tire on my 300 zx and the Damn thing started smoking!, "like it was about burning out." So me in my infinite wisdom turned it off. I then checked the power by pushing the power button and it broke!, "what the hell", I though. Now I had this this thing for about two months and only used it once. So be very careful and make sure you read all the reviews before you purchase it.

This product promised it was high technology and high power. It arrived and didn't work out of the box - must be something wrong with the battery or internal parts. This item was surprisingly cheaply made and looks like it should be half that price or less. Very disappointing.

I was extremely satisfied with the 400 watt power dome I purchased. So I bought this Power Dome LT for my daughter's birthday and she loves it too! Plus the AC and DC outlets power her cell phone and other appliances.Her Power Dome LT weighs a few pounds less than mine so she can carry it around easily. She keeps it in her trunk in case of an emergency. If she ever has car trouble, I know she is prepared to jumpstart the car or inflate a tire. The LED lights are a nice feature too. I have peace of mind knowing she is ok when she is away from home.

I dont like writing poor reviews and this is the first one I have ever written. My wife left the key on in her 2005 Stratus all night and ran down the battery. What an opertunity to show her my new Wagan power domeJump start in action. Freshly charged for 34 hrs and ready to go. Wrong!Hooked it up, Hit the starter on the Dodge and all I got was click click click click. No start. What was wrong?? I checked it again, and again. Still nothing but clicking. The Power Dome was trying really hard but no luck. I got out my jumper cables and hooked them to my old 1994 chevy pick up and the Stratus took off Zoom Zoom, Zoom. No problem. To say the least I was shocked. The only thing I could think of was the cables on the Wagan are not strong enough to carry the load, I have read in other reviews complaints about the cable connectors. Some even have replaced them because of brakage. If any one has any sugestions what to do Im all ears. Sorry my review was not a good one.
